You may bring your Heath Chemistry text home and use it there for the follow-up reading that should be occurring nightly. The reading sections are given in the headings of the notes packages. Use the Hebden text for the answer key in the back. You may have to find the correct question number that matches the notes package in the unit we are studying. Be cautious, some of the questions may have been altered just a little bit.
We recommend that your son/daughter use a dedicated two inch ring binder just for Chemistry 12. It will just be large enough to hold the whole course for studying for a provincial final I like to give in the last week, as a final, that have a weighting of approximately 20%. A scientific calculator, preferably with (more than 4) memory locations. is also needed for this course.
